Return/Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing the Mary (“Product” or “Products”) from Mary Agrotechnologies Inc. (“we”, “us” and “our”). Our goal is to ensure that the customer (“you”) is a 100% satisfied with our Products. Please review our terms below. 

We reserve the right to modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Please check back frequently to note any changes. All changes will take effect immediately upon their posting on our website.

 

SECTION 1 – DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We guarantee that our Products are in good working order and free from defects in material and workmanship. We will replace any defective Product within 90 days of the date of purchase.

 

SECTION 2 – RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with a Product, you can return it to us within 30 days from the date of receipt.  To be eligible for a return, the Product must be in unused condition and returned in its original packaging. You will need to include a copy of your receipt with the return.

 

SECTION 3 – REFUNDS

When we receive the Product, we will inspect it and advise you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, you will be issued a full refund of the Product’s purchase price in the same original method of payment. The timeframe for the credit to be processed will depend on your card issuer’s terms and conditions.

If we determine that a Product has been used or damaged by you, your return will not be approved for a refund.

 

SECTION 4 – RETURN SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs when you return a Product. These shipping costs are non-refundable.
